Product Information

LORD-Pak™ CX pneumatic dispensing gun is a pneumatic dispensing system ideal for production applications.

LORD-Pak CX consists of a coaxial (CX) cartridge with an inner wall separating the two components, a pneumatic dispensing gun, retaining nut and disposable static mixer. Mix ratios can be configured as 1:1, 2:1 or 4:1 by volume.

Features and Benefits

• Approximate linear coverage of mixed adhesive, dispensed as 1/4" bead = 38.5 ft per 380 mL cartridge.
• Maximum dispense pressure = 100 psi.
• Pneumatic air requirements = clean, dry, non-lubricated air or non-flammable gas, 3.2 scfm or less @ 100 psi. Max. air inlet = 1/8" NPT (female). Safety relief valve pop-off = 115 psi.
