LORD® PCC40411 Silver Conductor Coating
Product Information
LORD® PCC40411 silver conductive coating is a silver-bearing, one-component latent cure epoxy coating intended for application as a conductive base onto electronic component devices that are barrier plated for surface mount applications. The coating provides a suitable base for electrolytic overplating of nickel or other metals for barrier layer protection.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is six months from date of shipment when stored refrigerated at 5°C in original, unopened container. Do not store near heat, sparks or open flame.

Excellent Adhesion – cured film forms a highly adherent bond to many substrate compositions including alumina, epoxy laminate, epoxy molding compounds, solder alloys, gold and copper.
Solderability – readily solderable using standard wave or reflow methods with tin/lead solder.
