LORD® PC10547 Conductive Epoxy
Product Information
LORD® PC10547 conductive epoxy is a silver-bearing epoxy paste designed for solderless lead attachment and general circuit board repair. It is a 100% solids system supplied in two components, PC10547R (epoxy resin) and PC10547H (hardener).
Shelf Life
Shelf life of each component is six months from date of shipment when stored in a dry environment at 25°C in original, unopened container.
Features and Benefits
Application Diversity – may be cured at room temperature or with low heat; can be used as a cold solder on circuit trace repair material and for external lead attachment.
Excellent Adhesion – cured film provides high bond strength to many types of materials such as epoxy laminate circuit boards, copper, aluminum, solder, alumina and glass.
Excellent Conductivity – cured film provides excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
