Product Information
LORD CoolTherm® SC-6714/6731 silicone system is a two-component, non-burning thermally conductive encapsulant system. The encapsulant system is recommended for potting applications requiring excellent environmental protection, thermal conductivity and non-burning characteristics.
Shelf Life
Shelf life of each component is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.

Broad Temperature Range – can be used on parts and devices that experience continuous operating temperatures from -55°C to +205°C.
Durable – provides excellent environmental protection. When catalyzed with CoolTherm SC-6730 hardener, cured system provides excellent resistance to copper corrosion.
Deep Section Cure – when catalyzed with CoolTherm SC-6730 hardener, system cures in deep sections without exotherm.
