Product Information
LORD CoolTherm® SC-6714/6730 silicone system is a two-component, non-burning thermally conductive encapsulant system. The encapsulant system is recommended for potting applications requiring excellent environmental protection, thermal conductivity and non-burning characteristics.
CoolTherm SC-6730 hardener is blue-green in color and assures thorough mixing by visual examination.
Shelf Life
Shelf life of each component is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.
