Product Information

LORD CoolTherm® SC-6711/6732 silicone encapsulant is a two-component, thermally conductive encapsulant system with outstanding electrical properties. CoolTherm SC-6711/6732 encapsulant system is an ideal potting compound for any application where rapid heat transfer, high temperature service and a flexible system are required.

Shelf Life

Shelf life of CoolTherm SC-6711 WHT resin is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.

Shelf life of Circalok 6732 hardener is one year from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.
