CoolTherm® SC-6708 WHT/6731 silicone system is a two-component, thermally conductive encapsulant system with good electrical properties. The encapsulant system is an ideal potting compound for applications where a stress-free, heat conductive flexible system is required.
Shelf Life
Shelf life of CoolTherm SC-6708 WHT resin is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.
Shelf life of CoolTherm SC-6731 hardener is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.
