LORD CoolTherm® SC-6711/6730 silicone encapsulant is a two-component, thermally conductive encapsulant system with outstanding electrical properties. CoolTherm SC-6711/6730 encapsulant system is an ideal potting compound for any application where rapid heat transfer, high temperature service and a flexible system are required.
CoolTherm SC-6730 hardener is blue-green in color and assures thorough mixing by visual examination.
Shelf Life
Shelf life of each component is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.
