CoolTherm® EP-936 Epoxy Encapsulant


Product Information

CoolTherm® EP-936 encapsulant is a fast cure, one-component epoxy formulated for electronic grade encapsulating applications. Encapsulant is filled with a non-abrasive filler to provide long wear life of automatic dispensing equipment.

Shelf Life

Shelf life is six months when stored at 5°C in original, unopened container. Do not store containers outdoors or in non-ventilated exterior structures. Store product away from heat sources such as ovens or hot plates. Elevated storage temperatures will shorten product’s shelf life.

Features and Benefits

Fast Cure – cures quickly at 125°C.

Low Shrinkage – offers minimal shrinkage when low cure temperatures are used.

Broad Temperature Range – can be used on parts and devices that experience operating temperatures from -55°C to +155°C.
